A national battery-powered racing team and vehicle circuit to jump start battery vehicles emphasizing their superior qualities for enthusiasts, families and convenience, combined with concerts to pull a larger diverse group into battery vehicle enthusiasm.
• Full Circle Finance
   A financial portal securing loans for full Turnkey homes wrapping solar panels, solar water heater, and electic vehicle and charger (optional). These homes are to create a new market niche in home buyin greal estate for the 21st century.
• Sea Algae-Biodiesel Command Center
   A coordination center for harvesting of Ocean Algae in massive quantities for bio-feed and bio-fuel. Coordinates buyers of feed, shipping, and rotating available ocean cover. This process reverses CO2 levels and significantly slows global warming. Can be managed with unused x-oil tankers.
• National Battery Vehicle Virtual Showroom
   A modern battery powered vehicle portal to review and purchase online all current battery powered vehicles.
• National Battery Vehicles Showroom, Service/Conversion and Recharge Centers
  A combined location, with locations across the country, which complements the Virtual Showroom with car models onsite for test drives; a full battery vehicle service center, offering service contracts on all battery vehicles; Vehicle Conversion capability (National conversion centers from ICE vehicles to electric power) and Full Rapid Recharge on site.
• National Battery Vehicles - Battery Vehicle Technician Certification
  NBV will offer a full training certification program for those who wich to become certified as an electric vehicle technician, requiring this certification for service people at all NBV locations.
• National Rapid Charging Network
   Through multiple partnerships with existing business across the US Interstate Freeway system, to begin installing Level III (Just available now in 2010) and Level II charging network infrastructure. The timing is key here and if setup initially on key routs puts the developer in a key location as battery vehicles spread and then to commerical vehicles.
• Recharge Everywhere
   A Website offering point to point listings within a radius of charging stations throughout North America, alos listing all service stations, conversion centers. Works hand in hand with NRCN.

   Details and information magazine for electric car enthusiasts, owners and battery vehicle competition racing.
• Permafrost Fund
Fund established to slow down melt of existing permafrost and polar ice caps by examining means to interrupt positive feedbacks in the melt process and deployment of methane eating bactera in current methane sink links.
• Safe Ambulance - Electric Ambuilance & Charging Stations
To create a new class of world emergency vehicles from the latest protective material and custom designed to prevent fatal accidents occuring with existing global emergency vehicles.
• Refill Markets - Refillable Containers for Supermarket Shopping
Create new or work with existing market company to offer to refill liquid, gel and consumables and great prices and eliminate plastics in these markets.

Water and other beverage refilling stations at convenience stores, gyms, supermarkets - andywehere for cheaper and more convenience than buying a new bottle.
• Upscale Spring Water in a Can: Mt. Fuji, & Coldd brands
This is to create an attractive can container for water riding on red-bull designish and other designs for drinking water and eliminate small containers 12oz plastic containers, as a safer alternative to plastic PBV's and natural metal like the water itself.

   DC and state lobby entity pursuing discussions with leaders regarding the many entities of the vehicle are of climarket including conversion centers, and importation.

   Production company providing supporting campaigns to the Full Circle Finance to reinforce the rapid turnover to solar-electric.
