The Climarket Business Development Fund is an investment management firm created by a group of businesspeople to deliver the 21st century business products to create the space-age 'ultra-convenience' lifestyle which started in the 1950's and 60's and got clouded through business politics in the later half of the old and early part of the new century. People have said they are ready for the conveniences of George and Jane Jetson in the areas of routine human living including grocery shopping, vehicle travel, shipping, home ownership, entertainment, social entertainment, and personal and business computing and more to match developments in internet, and visual/audio technology. Delivering 21st century conveneince incorporates required 21st century 100biod-d (100% biodegradable product and package lifecycle) sustainable market design, and 100new-e (100% new and/or inexhaustable energy) sustainable product laws. This involves rapid development by following basic 21st century new common sense product design requirements adhering to the new parameters of our current post 20th century age.

We now work in a world of limited resources, space, dangerously deteriorating environment and overpopulation. A complete product lifecycle encompassing this, and eventual legislation requiring these limitations, must be included in every design. Also of course, this must include marketing and cost points that competes against non-renewable, non-boid, and "old century" non "21stPractical" products head-to-head, winning long-term significant market share..

Sustainability is just the beginning. Climarket represents and manages a group of large scale business entities currently in development which revolve around 21st century common sense product development amd marketing. In a marketing approach similar to the Kosher hot-dog ads of the 70s, Climarket appeals to a higher-required standard which in the 21st century requires more than just developing an idea and selling it.

Ultra-Convenience as the vehicle to deliver sustainability globally
The time for devoting the majority of resources in raising awareness of earth's deterioration has passed. Consumers whom are not yet aware must be coddled & their purchasing power captured through pure market superiority of sustainable products. The advantage sustainable products have is providing ultra-convenience over non-sustainable products with sufficient research, design and correct marketing presentation. Climarket product design guidelines require development and/or discovery of a hardcore comptetive advantage in large markets to achieve market superiority aside from just being 'green'.

How We Do It

We search for business concepts which include and incorporate:
> companies who work with renewable resources and developing large scale growth in market share in new and renewable energy
> innovative companies that modify or tweek long-successful proven non-sustainable market strategies and approaches to accentuate and sell sustainable products (i.e. sex sells everything) - it doesn't matter if people know its green if we acquire 90% market share.
> Sustainable companies that do not rely only on 'green' to sell their products
> Companies that generate full circle life cycles in product packaging and product design
> Development of 100% bio-d packaging and product design that can be sold to large markets
> Modern, more efficient, convenient, and faster transportation than legacy transportaion powered vehicles and transit companies who work with renewable resources; work on developing large scale market share growth in new and renewable energy copying or modifying long-successful competitor market strategies that customers are already comfortable with, on clean energy.

Non-sustainable marketing approaches, for the sustainable market
Marketing to take over significant market share for sustainable products, must be designed in full realization of what works for the competition, and the magnitude of the competition we are up against trying to penetrate the transportation, energy and other marketplaces. Past failures of sustainable attempts must be examined to avoid repeat and to acquire, protect and expand marketshare. This means being fully prepared for counter marketing coming from much larger and more powerful existing economic entities. Realization that marketing to 'green' people is redundant as this groups is already in the purchasing pool. It is the 'too busy to notice, too fashionable to sacrifice, or too poor to care' rest of the market where advertising strategy funds needs to be directed.

A Sustained and Ultra Convenient Modern World: A future World of Leisure

As the world and daily tasks becomes more automated, costs of living go down, and ultra-convenience reigns, jobs of leisure will skyrocket and abound. Economies will be based on leisure activities, windsurfing, tourism, ski instructing, these will skyrocket with salaries sufficient to sustain people to enjoy life on a constant basis. Mankind can put his eye toward space and developing the next stages of superspeed travel, with minimal requirements of time in personal management. Design of new forms of innovative leisure will grow.

Our product line support and funding are focused on the end-results achievements:

-> Zero Plastics - Through our product and packaging design requirements, we suppor tprouects that consolidate (isolate) pa ckaging management with the reseller of a product to isolate packaging to a uniform material to coordinate a biodegradable design for all packaging. This will eliminate on a massive scale the amount of non-biodegradable packaging that has the possibility of ending up in landfills and oceans and now having to be pulled out of the actual fish and seafood we eat do to the massive quantitites existing in the oceans.

--> Global Electric Vehicle Transportation - These vehicles can be powered by all new and renewable energy power, including Wind Farms, Home Solar Power Systems etc and use about 1/4 of existing energy demands. They are also faster vehicles off the line, for autos, quiter and near zero-maintenance, eliminating parts and parts waste from current vehicles.

--> Electric Freight Tranpsortation and Infrastructure -- The development of electric infrastructure and the tractor trailer battery, means shipping costs for electric powered freight vehicles will drop by 60% or more, allowing early entry companies in this masively lucrative market to reap the rewards. No more noise on the freeways.

--> Modern Emergency Vehicle design -- Design and constructure from the ground up for global 21st century emergency vehicles, which provides safety for emergency personnel, never provided for in the last century.

--> Infinite power developed globally -- Infinite power sources, especially wind and solar, through innovative techniques will take over global marketshare for power, eliminating emissions.

--> Ethical Entertainment -- offering simple yet innovative new century entertainment designs, as well as bringing back 50 and 60 style broadcasting to remind us of what entertainment first design was to be.

--> Replacement of Jet Engine -- Air travel will be cheaper and non-emission with one of our in-development business entities.

--> Phasing out of recycling: All products and packaging will be 100% biodegradable: By making this all cheaper through careful macro and micro economics combined with marketing, all products and then global laws incorporate 100-biod products as requirements in product development.
